Welcome to the FALL Market! Typically our 2nd strongest market of the year. This year Whistler has hit a record low for inventory. Listings are more than 50% less than this time 1 year ago so this is continuing to put pressure on prices. Great time to sell and yet a challenging buyers market. Be prepared as best you can.
