With opening day right around the corner and Cornucopia in full swing you can feel the winter excitement around town. With less than 10 days until opening day we have a wave of people trying to lock in their Whistler property for the holidays. We have had a surge of inquiries this last week for all sectors of the market.  Until such time as inventory levels rise – these are likely the same conditions for a while yet. These are interesting & fast moving times in real estate.
