The Whistler Real Estate Market continues to be hot, sales are up 166% from this period last year. I feel we will continue to see demand for resort real estate increase over the long term.  We should see more inventory come to market in the spring, but at higher levels than current prices. The Whistler Real Estate market continues to see high demand from buyers looking to secure time in Canada’s #1 ski resort.  If you see a property that is of interest, do not wait to make your move.
