Whistler Real Estate Market Update:

Supply and Demand restraints continue to run rampant in Whistler. As we cruise right past past $1 Billion CAD in Real Estate Dollar Volume traded this Year to Date. Statistically over the last 5 months, we have seen a relatively stable number of sales along side consistent average pricing, suggesting perhaps we have reached what could be a momentary plateau. After the steep 20-30% jump at the start of this year, this is a more than welcome plateau to buyers.
