Whether you are looking for mountainside living, or a lake front property, there are  a number of Whistler neighbourhoods and different subdivisions each with their own unique flavour. To the south of Whistler village we have the sub-divisions of Cheakamus Crossing, Spring Creek, Bayshores, Kadenwood, Creekside, Nordic Estates, Alta Vista, Blueberry Hill, Brio and Sunridge Plateau. Across from the village are Whistler Cay Heights and Whistler Cay Estates. On the other side of Alta Lake we find the sub-divisions of Westside and Stonebridge. In the Blackcomb Benchlands, we find Horstman Estates and to the north of the village, there is White Gold, Spruce Grove, Nesters, Nicklaus North, Alpine Meadows, Rainbow and Emerald Estates. Each Whistler neighbourhood offers its own character and amenities and prices will vary from neighbourhood to neighbourhood.
