Whistler Real Estate Market Update for the week of May 5th to May 11th. An ongoing housing supply shortage in Whistler is likely to continue, presenting challenges for home buyers and putting upward pressure on prices. Due to these factors and continued historically low interest rates, 2021 will likely continue to see pent up demand. These factors will continue to fuel the seller’s market for the foreseeable future. We have been seeing most properties sell with multiple offers. It is very important to choose wisely when searching for a Real Estate Agent within these conditions. We make sure all of our clients are best set up for success.
