Whistler Real Estate Market update:

Whistler Real Estate remains in a sellers market as new listing activity has slowed and strong sales continue there continues to be an imbalance. Sale prices are continually higher compared to last year. Even though the market has slightly slowed. Though the market activity appears to have calmed the main reason the market has slowed is the lack of inventory. We expect the low number of active listings to remain the same through the rest of the year, with an increase in buyers demand. There is still a strong demand from regional buyers for hotel condo style properties and we expect once the US boarder has opened up the rest of the market will see an increased demand.
